NuPresto 2B120 Booster
Two B120 boosters in parallel for station-like throughput in one 20 ft Connex. Run both for peak flow, or one while the other is serviced, without taking the site down. The air cooler ships loose and mounts on top of the Connex or on the side.
Overview
The NuPresto 2B120 doubles the B120: two 125 HP, 2-stage hydraulic boosters on a shared inlet and discharge manifold. Flow follows suction pressure, about 470 SCFM with trailers drawn down to 435 psig and about 3,100 SCFM with full trailers at 2,900 psig, for an average of about 1,380 SCFM (9.4 DGE per minute) across the draw-down. Discharge is up to 4,200 psig.
Both boosters live inside a 20 ft Connex. The air cooler ships loose and is set on top of the Connex or beside it on site, which keeps the shipping envelope to a standard container. Pass-through equalization fills a vehicle straight from the storage trailer whenever trailer pressure is higher and brings the boosters in only when they are needed.

Hydraulic compression
A hydraulic cylinder pushes the gas instead of a crankshaft. Variable suction tolerance, unlimited start and stop cycles, no bearings or rod packings in the gas path and a smooth, low-pulsation discharge.
Pass-through equalization
Gas moves trailer to vehicle on differential pressure first and the booster finishes the fill. Less run time, less power, faster turns.
Connex packaging
Factory built inside a weather-tight Connex with the air cooler outside, so the package ships as one lift, connects to gas, power and ground, and runs.
Built and tested in Texas
Assembled, wired and FAT-tested at our Center, TX facility before it ships. Issues get caught in the shop, not on your site.
