Turn any yard into a CNG station.
A 20-ft container-based fueling package built around the 125 HP, 2-stage NuPresto B120 hydraulic booster. Unlike a conventional reciprocating compressor, it keeps compressing as trailer pressure falls, which makes it the right machine for trailer-based fueling, RNG sources and satellite stations where supply pressure varies.
Overview
The Mobile CNG Fueling System delivers up to 4,200 psig discharge pressure with optional onboard cascade storage, integrated PLC controls and a turnkey trailer-to-vehicle fueling path, all inside a factory-built 20-ft ISO container. It is designed for unlimited start and stop cycles, simple operation and high reliability.
Hydraulic CNG compressors use a hydraulic cylinder to push gas through the compression strokes instead of a crankshaft and reciprocating piston. That single design change drives every customer-facing benefit: variable suction tolerance, no bearings or rod packings in the gas path, smooth low-pulsation discharge, quiet operation and fast cold starts.

Why Mobile CNG Fueling System
Variable suction tolerance
The unit pulls a trailer down to low residual pressures without stalling. There is no fixed minimum suction, so trailer utilization goes up and swaps go down.
Unlimited start and stop
No compressor wear penalty for cycling. Fueling demand drives the machine, not the other way around.
Fewer wear parts
No bearings or rod packings in the gas path. Lower maintenance than reciprocating CNG compressors.
Smooth, quiet discharge
Low-pulsation output is easier on downstream piping, drying and metering, and the package is quiet enough for fleet yards, behind-the-fence sites and urban locations.
Factory-built and pre-commissioned
Single container, single power feed. Reduced civil and electrical scope on site, and relocatable as fleet plans evolve.
Scalable
Deploy a single unit or multi-unit configurations as demand grows, with optional cascade storage sized to cut fill times.

Engineering and aftermarket support
NuBlu Energy delivers the full station, not just the compressor. We scope the package, throughput and installation plan, and get you a budgetary number fast.
Field service, troubleshooting and remote support are handled by the same team that designed and built the package.
